Games Body definition

Games Body means each of the International Olympic Committee, the International Paralympic Committee, the British Olympic Association, the British Paralympic Association, the LOCOG or any other organising committee or an Olympic Games (and "Games Bodies" shall be interpreted accordingly);

Games Body means each of the IOC, the IPC, the COB, the CPB, NOCs, NPCs, IFs, NFs, Rio 2016 or any other organising committee of an Olympic or Paralympic Games.

Games Body means collectively the IOC, IPC, JOC, JPC, NOCs, NPCs, IFs, NFs, Tokyo 2020 or any otherorganising committee of an Olympic or Paralympic Games.

• None of Rio 2016, any Authorised Ticket Source, any Venue owner or any Games Body shall be responsible to the Purchaser or Ticket Holder for any indirect losses or damages including, but not limited to, punitive damages, loss of enjoyment, goodwill or profit and/or travel or accommodation expenses.
