Garage Operator definition

Garage Operator has the meaning given to the term “Operator” in the Easement Agreement.
Garage Operator means one or more entities selected by the Garage Owner and Multi-Family Owner to operate the Garage pursuant to a Garage O&M Agreement. Currently, the Garage Operator is Indy Parking, LLC.” Garage Owner shall be amended to state:

Garage Operator means the person that is in charge of the operation of the Building Parking Garage, whether by lease, license or other agreement with Landlord or otherwise.
