GB Business definition

GB Business means the “Greatbatch Business” as defined in the Separation Agreement.
GB Business means the business, activities and operations of manufacturing, supplying and distributing electrical construction and maintenance products and services, including under the Gardner Bender, Sperry Instruments, Calterm, Bergen Industries and King Innovation brand names.

Examples of GB Business in a sentence

  • Because the 2016 U.S. federal consolidated income Tax Return includes Tax Items attributable to the GB Business and Tax Items attributable to the Nuvectra Business, it will be a Joint Return.

  • Tax Benefits (other than Tax Benefits resulting from the Separation Transactions) arising from the operation or ownership of the GB Business, but only to the extent such Tax Benefits are not taken into account in calculating GB Taxes under Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Of the $200x of consolidated net taxable income reported on such Tax Return, $150x consists of Tax Items that are deemed to arise from the operation or ownership of the GB Business.

  • Customer will be notified via support ticket prior to the application of patches, unless agreed to otherwise.

  • Pursuant to Section 2.2(c), the Tax Detriments consist of $200x of income more closely related to the GB Business, and $100x of income more closely related to the Nuvectra Business.

  • The monthly bandwidth limits established are: Starter Plan - Unlimited, Premium Lite - 20 GB, Browsing Basics - 40 GB, Next Generation - 60 GB, Totally Connected - Unlimited, Small Office - 80 GB, Business - 100 GB, and Enterprise - Unlimited.
