Examples of GE Parties in a sentence

  • USBFS and the GE Parties shall periodically test their Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans on a joint basis to demonstrate effectiveness of procedures and connectivity based on a mutually agreed to schedule.

  • Both USBFS and the GE Parties agree that other than the rates given under the Rate Card, the GE Parties will not be assessed any additional charges with respect to the performance of the TA and Call Center Services provided by USBFS unless mutually agreed to in writing by the parties.

  • Information relating to potential matches resulting from these comparisons, after review by USBFS for quality assurance purposes (“Comparison Results”), will be made available to the GE Parties in a timely manner.

  • Upon reasonable request, USBFS shall discuss with the GE Parties its Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan and/or provide a high-level presentation summarizing USBFS’s Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan.

  • Each GE Party hereby engages USBFS to provide certain services as set forth herein with respect to FinCEN Section 314(a) information requests (“Information Requests”) received by the GE Parties.

  • Upon receipt by USBFS of an Information Request delivered by a GE Party in full compliance with all 314(a) Procedures (as defined below), USBFS will compare appropriate information contained in the Information Request against relevant information contained in account records maintained for the GE Parties.

Related to GE Parties

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Settling Parties means, collectively, Plaintiffs, all Settlement Class Members, and Defendants.

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

  • Covered Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Buyer Parties means Buyer, its Affiliates, their members, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns.

  • Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Bank Parties means Administrative Agent and the Banks.

  • Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Notice Parties means those Persons who are required to receive notice of filings made with the CPUC pursuant to A. 00-00-000.

  • GECC means General Electric Capital Corporation.

  • Finance Parties means the Agents, the Arrangers, the Bookrunners, the Security Trustee, the Lenders and each Hedge Counterparty and “Finance Party” means any of them.

  • Creditor Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the L/C Issuers and each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 9.05, and the other Persons to whom the Obligations are owing.

  • Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

  • CUSA has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

  • Responsible Parties means all Retailers and Customers, including Transmission Load Customers, Distribution Load Customers, DG Customers, MG Customers or agents of the foregoing;

  • Buyer Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
