GE Policies definition

GE Policies means GEHC policies set out in GE Integrity Policy Principles attached hereto as Attachment E, including without limitation: Policies 20.4 — Ethical Business Practices; 20.5 — Compliance with Antitrust Laws; 20.3 — Health Safety and Environmental Protection; 20.9 — Following International Trade Controls; 20.10 — Working with Government Agencies; 20.11 — Customer Satisfaction; 30.5 — Avoiding Conflicts of Interest, and Money Laundering Prevention, as said Policies may be modified from time to time, and any other Policies communicated by GEHC from time to time in writing to VC.

Examples of GE Policies in a sentence

  • The key GE Policies applicable to Genworth and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date are listed on Schedule 6.15.

  • In any other case, and except as otherwise agreed or unless superseded by any policies adopted by the board of directors of Genworth, the GE Policies that apply to Subsidiaries of GE shall apply to Genworth and its Subsidiaries until the Trigger Date.

  • All Services shall be performed and all Deliverables shall be provided in full compliance with the GE Policies referenced in Section 8 below, and all applicable laws, legislation, rules, regulations, codes and standards of governmental agencies or authorities having jurisdiction over the activities relating to this Agreement and any SOW or PO under it, or where the Deliverables will be used.

  • The key GE Policies applicable to the Company and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date, and the corresponding policies of GECRB and the Company (to the extent applicable), are listed on Schedule 7.13.

  • In any other case, and except as otherwise agreed pursuant to the following sentence, the GE Policies that apply to Subsidiaries of GE shall apply to Genworth and its Subsidiaries until the Trigger Date.

Related to GE Policies

  • Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Applicable Policies means the policies, bylaws, directives, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, rules, systems and procedures of AHS listed in Schedule “F” attached.

  • Title Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
