General Account Assets definition

General Account Assets means, collectively, the Non-NY General Account Assets and the NY General Account Assets.
General Account Assets means the Eligible Assets supporting the General Account Liabilities, including outstanding policy loans.
General Account Assets. The assets of a Noteholder that is an insurance company, other than assets allocated to a "separate account" (as defined in ERISA) maintained by such insurance company.

General Account Assets means (a) with respect to the Indirect Business, those assets within the KILICO Security Trust which, at the Closing Date, identified in Exhibit C; (b) with respect to the Direct Business, those assets which, at the Closing Date are identified in Exhibit C; and (c) investment income due and accrued.
