General Bar Date Order definition

General Bar Date Order means the Order Establishing Deadlines for Filing Proofs of Claim and Approving Form and Manner of Notice Thereof [Docket No. 96] and any other and further order(s) entered by the Court establishing the bar dates for filing proofs of claim and granting related relief and implementing related procedures.
General Bar Date Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court, dated April 18, 2001, which fixed the deadline for filing proofs of claim against AWI's estate for all claims other than Asbestos Personal Injury Claims and Asbestos Property Damage Claims.
