General Conditions Part I definition

General Conditions Part I. : shall mean these general conditions, applicable to all the services supplied by the some Italian companies belonging to the London Stock Exchange Group, including the Supplier;

General Conditions Part I means these general conditions, applicable to all the services provided by the Supplier and by some Italian companies belonging to the same Group;

Examples of General Conditions Part I in a sentence

  • The Clauses referred to in Part II – Section A are those where the provision in the General Conditions (Part I) refer to an alternative solution to be stated in Part II.

  • This pricing scheme will be automatically renewed year by year except in case of different communication by Borsa Italiana to intermediaries in accordance with General Conditions Part I.

  • The terms written with an initial capital letter in these General Conditions Part I are to be understood − unless indicated otherwise − as having the meanings specified in the definitions contained in the Rules of the Supplier.

  • In the event of any conflict between the General Conditions, Part I, and the Conditions of Particular Application - Part II, the latter shall govern.

  • The Contractor shall guarantee the following items of work for the listed periods in accordance with the General Conditions, Part I.

  • Final payment to the Contractor shall be made subject to his furnishing the Local Public Agency with a release in satisfactory form of all claims against the Local Public Agency arising under and by virtue of his contract, other than such claims, if any, as may be specifically excepted by the Contractor from the operation of the release as provided under the section Disputes under General Conditions, Part I.

  • These shall comprise the General Conditions (Part I), which will essentially be based on the General Conditions (International) published by the F.I.D.I.C., and of conditions of Particular Application (part II).

Related to General Conditions Part I

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Special Conditions means Special Conditions of Contract, which override the General Conditions, also referred to as SCC.

  • Additional Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document.

  • Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. Minimum Generation Emergency:

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Complex or chronic medical condition means a physical,

  • Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments. Part IV:

  • Special Condition means a condition of a Transporter's Licence or Shipper's Licence other than a Standard Condition;

  • Congenital Condition(s) means (a) any medical, physical or mental abnormalities existed at the time of or before birth, whether or not being manifested, diagnosed or known at birth; or (b) any neo-natal abnormalities developed within six (6) months of birth.

  • Environmental Conditions means the presence in the environment, including the soil, groundwater, surface water or ambient air, of any Hazardous Material at a level which exceeds any applicable standard or threshold under any Environmental Law or otherwise requires investigation or remediation (including, without limitation, investigation, study, health or risk assessment, monitoring, removal, treatment or transport) under any applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.

  • Part IV means Tariff, Part IV, sections 36 through 112C pertaining to generation or merchant transmission interconnection to the Transmission System in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments. Part VI: “Part VI” shall mean Tariff, Part VI, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer- Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Conditions Precedent means the conditions precedent set out in clause 3 below;

  • Acquisition and Construction Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Business Condition of any Person shall mean the condition (financial or other), earnings, results of operations, business, properties or prospects of such Person.

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • Debilitating medical condition means one or more of the following:

  • Terminal condition means an incurable condition caused by injury, disease, or illness that according to reasonable medical judgment will produce death within six months, even with available life-sustaining treatment provided in accordance with the prevailing standard of medical care.

  • Part 2 means Part 2 of the withdrawal agreement or (as the case may be) Part 2 of the EEA EFTA separation agreement, so far as the Part in question applies to and in the United Kingdom;
