General Conveyance definition

General Conveyance has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.3(b).

Examples of General Conveyance in a sentence

• This General Conveyance shall be binding upon and shall enure to the benefit of each of the Parties and their respective administrators, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns.

General Conveyance means a bill of sale and general conveyance evidencing the conveyance to the Purchaser of the Vendor’s interest in and to the Purchased Assets, in form and substance satisfactory to the Parties, acting reasonably.
