General Court definition

General Court means a General Court of the members of the Bank duly assembled under and in accordance with these Bye-Laws;
General Court means, in cases assigned or referred to a Chamber, that Chamber, and, in cases delegated or assigned to a single Judge, that Judge;
General Court. The Annual General Court or any Extraordinary General Court of the Stockholders of the Bank.
