Active duty means full-time duty status in the active, uniformed services of the United States, including without limitation members of The National Guard and Reserve on active duty orders under 10 U.S.C. §§ 1209 and 1210.
Active duty military means full-time duty status in the active uniformed service of the United States, including members of the National Guard and Reserve on active duty orders pursuant to 10 U.S.C. Section 1209 and 1211.
Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;
Basic Conditions of Employment Act means the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997);
On duty means that a pharmacist is on the premises at the address of the permitted pharmacy and is available as needed.
Employment Practices Wrongful Act means any actual or alleged:
speech and language disability means a permanent disability arising out of conditions such as laryngectomy or aphasia affecting one or more components of speech and language due to organic or neurological causes.
Serviced Duty means all duties and obligations of the Sellers in a Corporate Trust Capacity under the Serviced Corporate Trust Contract related to each Serviced Appointment, in each case, other than any Retained Duty.
Racketeering activity means to commit, to attempt to commit, to conspire to commit, or to solicit, coerce, or intimidate another person to commit:
Violent felony means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-3-203.5.
Occupational Safety and Health Law means any Legal Requirement designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and any program, whether governmental or private (such as those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.
Short-Term Disability means short-term disability as defined in the Corporation’s short-term disability plan.
General Data Protection Regulation GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.
Residential facility for persons with a disability means a residence:
excise duty subject to subsection (3), means any duty leviable under Part 2 of Schedule 1 on any goods manufactured in Namibia;
Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media.
Chronic pain means a state in which pain persists beyond the usual course of an acute disease or healing of an injury, or that may or may not be associated with an acute or chronic pathologic process that causes continuous or intermittent pain over months or years.
Covered Active Duty means (1) in the case of a member of a regular component of the Armed Forces, duty during the deployment of the member with the Armed Forces to a foreign country; and (2) in the case of a member of a reserve component of the Armed Forces, duty during the deployment of the member with the Armed Forces to a foreign country under a call or order to active duty (or notification of an impending call or order to active duty) in support of a contingency operation as defined by applicable law.
Service-disabled veteran-owned business means a service-disabled veteran-owned business located in the State of Tennessee that satisfies the criteria in Tenn. Code. Ann. § 12-3-1102(8). "Service-disabled veteran" means any person who served honorably in active duty in the armed forces of the United States with at least a twenty percent (20%) disability that is service-connected, i.e., the disability was incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval or air service.
customs duty , subject to subsection (3), means any duty leviable under Schedule 1 (except Parts 4 and 5 thereof) or under Schedule 2 on goods imported into Namibia, and “duty” has a corresponding meaning;
Criminal sexual activity means the commission of an act as defined in Section 886 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which is the act of sodomy; and
fradulent practice means a misrepresentation or omission of facts in order to influence a procurement process or the execution of contract;
Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);
Chemical dependency professional means a person certified as a chemical dependency professional by the department of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.
Public Purposes means the public purpose of financing $1,500,000.00 of building remodeling and improvement projects, consisting of projects included in the District's 2015-2016 building remodeling and improvement program;
