General Sales Conditions. (hereinafter the “General Conditions”) shall apply to all offers and/or agreements executed by and between Proventuss Polska Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter the “Seller”) and its clients who are not consumers within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code (hereinafter the “Buyer”, collectively the “Parties”).
General Sales Conditions means these general conditions of UPM plywood for the supply of plywood and veneer products and services.
General Sales Conditions means the terms and conditions set out below, which are intended to regulate, without prejudice to specific derogations, any contractual agreement between C.E. and its Customers for the supply of Products;
