General Supplement definition

General Supplement means a supplement to the Basic Prospectus other than a Non-General Supplement.
General Supplement means the requirements stipulated in the respective document and which Liquidity Provider is required to meet in order to receive Incentives. Incentive – shall mean Monetary Incentives and Non-Monetary incentives. Liquidity Provider or LP – shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preamble. Liquidity Provider Rebates – shall mean the concrete amount of rebates granted for the provision of liquidity under the terms established through the respective Supplement. LPA – Eurex Liquidity Provider Agreement.
General Supplement means the requirements stipulated in the respective document and which Liquidity Provider is requiredthe General Supplement attached to meetthis Agreement in order to receive IncentivesAppendix 1.

Related to General Supplement

  • Collateral Support means all property (real or personal) assigned, hypothecated or otherwise securing any Collateral and shall include any security agreement or other agreement granting a lien or security interest in such real or personal property.

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.

  • Certificate form means the form on which the certificate is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.

  • Asset Backed Certificate (herein called the “Certificate”). Also issued under the Indenture, dated as of November 4, 2015, among the Trust, The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee and indenture collateral agent, are six classes of Notes designated as “Class A-1 0.50000% Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class A-1 Notes”), “Class A-2-A 1.26% Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class A-2-A Notes”), “Class A-2-B Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class A-2-B Notes” and together with the Class A-2-A Notes, the “Class A-2 Notes”), “Class A-3 1.70% Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class A-3 Notes”), “Class B 2.11% Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class B Notes”), “Class C 2.88% Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class C Notes”), “Class D 3.72% Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class D Notes”) and “Class E 4.31% Asset Backed Notes” (the “Class E Notes”) (the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes, the “Notes”). The property of the Trust includes a pool of retail installment sale contracts secured by new and used automobiles, vans or light duty trucks (the “Receivables”), all monies due thereunder on or after the Cutoff Date, security interests in the vehicles financed thereby, certain bank accounts and the proceeds thereof, proceeds from claims on certain insurance policies and certain other rights under the Trust Agreement and the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all right, title and interest of the Seller in and to the Purchase Agreement, dated as of November 4, 2015 between AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. and the Seller and all proceeds of the foregoing. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. Unless the certificate of authentication hereon shall have been executed by an authorized officer of the Owner Trustee, by manual signature, this Certificate shall not entitle the holder hereof to any benefit under the Trust Agreement or the Sale and Servicing Agreement or be valid for any purpose. THIS CERTIFICATE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAW PROVISIONS, AND THE OBLIGATIONS, RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE PARTIES HEREUNDER SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH LAWS.

  • Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.

  • Class A-8 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 and Exhibit C hereto.

  • REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.

  • General supervision means supervision of a dental

  • Public Certificates The Class X-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-AB, Class X-A, Class A-S, Class B and Class C Certificates.

  • Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Class CE Certificate Any one of the Class CE Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-11 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Certificate Depository Agreement means the agreement among the Trust, the Depositor and The Depository Trust Company, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated as of the Closing Date, relating to the Trust Securities Certificates, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.

  • Certificate Purchase Agreement The Purchase Agreement, dated as of [_______], among the Depositor and the Initial Purchasers, relating to the Privately Offered Certificates.

  • Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
