Waiting Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Eligibility Waiting Period means the continuous length of time you must be in Active Employment in an eligible class to reach your Eligibility Date.
Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.
Limitation Period means any period while any amount remains owing on the Note and interest on such amount, calculated at the applicable interest rate, plus any fees or other sums payable under any Loan Document and deemed to be interest under applicable law, would exceed the amount of interest which would accrue at the Highest Lawful Rate.
Planning Period means the 12 moths beginning June 1 and extending through May 31 of the following year, or such other period approved by the Members Committee.
Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
Summer Period means the June, July, August, and September billing months. “Winter Period” means the December, January, February, and March billing months. “Transition Period” means the April, May, October, and November billing months.
Tax Limitation Period means the Tax Years for which the Applicant’s Qualified Property is subject to the Tax Limitation Amount and as further identified in Section 2.3.D of this Agreement.
Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.
Notification Period means a set period of time between the submittal of a Notice of Intent and the beginning of lead - based paint abatement activities (including all on-site worksite preparation).
Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
Net metering period means the 12-month period following the date of final interconnection of the
Holding Period means, with respect to a Hold-the-Offering-Price Maturity, the period starting on the Sale Date and ending on the earlier of (i) the close of the fifth business day after the Sale Date ( ), or (ii) the date on which the Underwriter has sold at least 10% of such Hold-the-Offering-Price Maturity to the Public at prices that are no higher than the Initial Offering Price for such Hold-the-Offering-Price Maturity.
Free Period means any Period other than the Prohibited Period.
Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.
Certification period for medically needy shall mean the period of time not to exceed two consecutive months in which a person is conditionally eligible.
Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..

Exemption Period means the period beginning on the first day of the property tax year after the property tax year in which an applicable portion of Economic Development Property is placed in service and ending on the Termination Date. In case there are Phases of the Project, the Exemption Period applies to each year’s investment made during the Investment Period.
