Accidental Harm definition

Accidental Harm means bodily injury caused by violent, unintentional, external and physical means.
Accidental Harm means bodily injury, death, sickness, or disease caused by a motor vehicle accident while in or upon or entering into or alighting from, or through being struck by a motor vehicle or ob­ ject drawn or propelled by a motor vehicle.
Accidental Harm means bodily injury, death, sickness, or disease caused by a motorcycle or motor scooter accident to a person.

  • Catastrophic illness or “injury” means an illness or injury that is expected to incapacitate the employee for an extended period of time, or that incapacitates a member of the employee’s family which incapacity requires the employee to take time off from work for an extended period of time to care for that family member, and taking extended time off work creates a financial hardship for the employee because he or she has exhausted all of his or her sick leave and other paid time off.

  • Sexual harassment means conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:

  • Financial Hardship means a severe financial hardship to the Participant resulting from an illness or accident of the Participant, the Participant’s spouse, or a dependent (as defined in Code Section 152, without regard to Code Section 152(b)(1), (b)(2), and (d)(1)(B))) of the Participant, loss of the Participant’s property due to casualty, or other similar extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances arising as a result of events beyond the control of the Participant, but shall in all events correspond to the meaning of the term “unforeseeable emergency” under Code Section 409A.
