Generation Technology definition

Generation Technology means a generation technology deployed by a generating facility;
Generation Technology means the category of Eligible Generation Technology in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Energy [●], and for CfD Generation Capacity covered by this Contract for Difference, means the Generation Technology specified in Part C of Annex 4;

  • If Annex 4 (Fuelling Criteria) does not specify any Fuelling Criteria in relation to the Facility Generation Technology, such definition shall be deemed to be inapplicable to the Contract for Difference.

  • For the purposes of this Contract for Difference, the “Fuelling Criteria” means the criteria specified in Annex 4 (Fuelling Criteria) in relation to the Facility Generation Technology.

  • The Facility Generation Technology applicable to this Contract for Difference is Offshore Wind, provided that for the purposes of paragraph (A) of the definition of Specific Change in Law or paragraphs (B) or (C) of the definition of Other Change in Law, Offshore Wind and Onshore Wind may be deemed to be one Facility Generation Technology.

  • Where, in this Annex 4 (Fuelling Criteria) the “Permitted Ancillary Activity Exception” is expressed to apply, the relevant Fuelling Criterion (or Fuelling Criteria) which apply to the Facility Generation Technology shall not be breached solely by virtue of Fossil Fuels being used for Permitted Ancillary Activities if the Energy Content of all Fossil Fuels used by the Facility for such Permitted Ancillary Activities does not exceed ten per cent.

  • This is to be equal to the Total Project Pre-Commissioning Costs applicable to the Facility Generation Technology listed in Table I of the CfD Standard Terms Notice issued on 15 August 2014 by the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change.

  • Drafting to be retained only if the Facility Generation Technology is Offshore Wind.

  • Communication technology means an electronic device or process that:
