Generator Indemnified Parties has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.2. “Governmental Approval” means any authorization, consent, concession, license, certificate, permit, waiver, privilege or approval from, or filing with, or notice to, any Governmental Body.
Generator Indemnified Parties means Generator and its Affiliates, and their respective partners, members, shareholders, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents and representatives.
