Generic Reports definition

Generic Reports means reports that may include Your Services Data in an anonymous, generic, xx-xxxx- tified format aggregated with other data not constituting Your Services Data solely and exclusively for analyzing customer needs, improving Our services, or providing benchmark data of usage and configura- tion of Third Party Applications to other customers. “Malicious Code” means code, files, scripts, agents or programs intended to do harm, including, for ex- ample, viruses, worms, time bombs, and trojan horses.
Generic Reports means reports that may include Customer Services Data in an anonymous, generic, de- identified format aggregated with other data not constituting Customer Services Data solely and exclusively for analyzing customer needs, improving SSC products and services, or providing benchmark data of usage and configuration of applications to other customers.

Examples of Generic Reports in a sentence

  • You reserve all of Your rights, title and interest in Your Services Data, provided that We may use Your Services Data to create Generic Reports and as provided in Section 7.2 below.

Related to Generic Reports

  • Public Reports includes all reports filed by Company under the Act or the Exchange Act, including pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) thereof, for the two full fiscal years preceding the Effective Date and thereafter.

  • Periodic Reports means the Company’s (i) Annual Reports on Form 10-K, (ii) any Quarterly Report to be filed on Form 10-Q and (iii) all other financial reports required to be filed by the Company with the Commission under applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, Regulation S-K) for so long as any amounts are outstanding under this Debenture or any Other Debenture; provided that all such Periodic Reports shall include, when filed, all information, financial statements, audit reports (when applicable) and other information required to be included in such Periodic Reports in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Periodic Report means the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q or annual report on Form 10-K, as applicable.

  • SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • RBC report means the report required by K.S.A. 40-2c02, and amendments thereto.

  • SEC Reports shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(h).

  • Public Filings means the reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Company or Bezeq with the SEC or the ISA, as applicable, and publically available at least two (2) Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Disclosed Litigation has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Disclosed Information means the information disclosed by a Party for the purpose of settlement, negotiation, Mediation or Arbitration;

  • SEC Documents shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.5.

  • Company SEC Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).

  • Disclosed means fairly disclosed (with sufficient details to identify the nature and scope of the matter disclosed) in or under the Disclosure Letter or the Supplementary Disclosure Letter, as appropriate;

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • Material Litigation is defined in Section 6.7.

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Disclosure Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(h).

  • Company Filings means all documents of the Company publicly filed under the profile of the Company on the System for Electronic Document Analysis Retrieval (SEDAR).

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • Exchange Act Documents means all forms, proxy statements, registration statements, reports, schedules, and other documents, including all certifications and statements required by the Exchange Act or Section 906 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act with respect to any report that is an Exchange Act Document, filed, or required to be filed, by a Party or any of its Subsidiaries with any Regulatory Authority pursuant to the Securities Laws.

  • Material Compliance Matter has the same meaning as the term defined in Rule 38a-1, and includes any compliance matter that involves: (1) a violation of the federal securities laws by Distributor (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents); (2) a violation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures; or (3) a weakness in the design or implementation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Year-End Financial Statements has the meaning specified in Section 4.5.
