German Assets definition

German Assets means the assets set forth on Schedule 2.1(c).
German Assets means the Purchased Assets sold by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Europe Holding (Deutschland) GmbH & Co KG and the assets of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Zweckform Office Products Manufacturing GmbH.

More Definitions of German Assets

German Assets means the assets specified in the German Agreement;
