German Employees definition

German Employees means those individuals whose names are set out in Part B of SCHEDULE 11 (Employees) being the persons who are employed by Unipath Diagnostics GmbH;

German Employees means the employees listed on Schedule 9.4.

German Employees means the Employees of ES-GmbH whose jobs are dedicated to the Target Business, whether to be hired by Purchaser or its designee or not.

• With respect to later changes of their terms and conditions of employment, the Parent shall, and shall cause the applicable Transferred Subsidiary in Germany to treat the Offered German Employees who become German Transferred Employees as if German Civil Code Section 613a(1) applied.

German Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(a).
