German Sublimit definition

German Sublimit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01(a).
German Sublimit means $10,000,000.
German Sublimit means (i) as of the Closing Date, $250,000,000 and (ii) as of the First Amendment Effective Date, $375,000,000, as such amount may be increased or reduced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided that, unless otherwise provided for in any Incremental Facility Amendment, the German Sublimit shall be automatically increased at the time of any Incremental Commitment Increase by an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate principal amount of such Incremental Commitment Increase and (b) the ratio of the German Sublimit then in effect to the Aggregate Commitments then in effect.
