GI Product Marketing Contribution definition

GI Product Marketing Contribution means an amount equal to Net Sales --------------------------------- for GI Products in the applicable reporting period in the United States less the following amounts: (a) ** of the GI Product constituting such **; (b) the **; (c) royalties paid to ** on account of sales of GI Products in the United States; (d) **; and (e) ** for such GI Product. ** = Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.   • Least developed country end product means an article that—

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.
