Gift Certificates definition

Gift Certificates means any gift certificates, gift cards, or food/beverage credits that are issued by Seller and required to be honored by Sellers in the ordinary course of business prior to the Closing Date.

Gift Certificates means, collectively, all outstanding, unused and unexpired gift cards, gift certificates, coupons or other similar instruments or vouchers issued by or on behalf of Seller as of the Closing Date that entitle the holder or bearer thereof to a credit (whether in a specified monetary amount or for a specified item, such as a room night or meal) to be applied against the usual charge for rooms, meals and/or other goods and services provided at the Property.

Gift Certificates means gift cards and gift certificates and other gift items generally purchased by consumers as gifts that are redeemed by consumers on a purchase of one or more music and video specialty products, electronics, video games and related products.

More Definitions of Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 6.1(o).

Intellectual Property Rights" shall mean all intangible legal rights or interests evidenced by or embodied in (a) any idea, design, concept, technique, invention, discovery or improvement, regardless of patentability, but including patents, patent applications, trade secrets, and know-how; (b) any work of authorship, regardless of copyrightability, but including copyrights and any moral rights recognized by law; (c) any trademark, trade name or service mark; and (d) any other intellectual property, proprietary or similar rights, in each case on a worldwide basis and including all goodwill pertaining thereto.

Gift Certificates means all complimentary certificates issued by Seller, all of which to "Seller's Knowledge" (as defined in Section 1.61 below) are shown on Schedule 1.30.

Gift Certificates means gift certificates directly purchased by consumers over the Internet through LICENSEE’s main consumer website, which is presently found at www.giveanything.com. (As used herein, Gift Certificates excludes gift certificates purchased by or through corporations, companies, businesses, partnerships, or the like, or obtained through LICENSEE's corporate business initiatives, including, but not limited to, reward, incentive, loyalty, affinity or targeted solicitation programs.)
