Glenmark Territory definition

Glenmark Territory means the countries set forth on Schedule 1.40.
Glenmark Territory means, with respect to both human and veterinary indications, those countries listed in Exhibit A (the AAID Specific Territory) to the Original Agreement, without regard to the field of use designation in that Exhibit.
Glenmark Territory means the AAID Specific Territory and the General Territory.
