Global Asbestos Resolution Event definition

Global Asbestos Resolution Event means any settlement of all or substantially all of the current and future US Bendix Claims in which Losses of Payee Parties in respect of such US Bendix Claims is forever extinguished, whether such settlements are mandated by a Governmental Authority, such as an enactment of congress or regulation, or by private settlement approved by a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • If a Global Asbestos Resolution Event has occurred, beginning on January 1st of the calendar year following such Global Asbestos Resolution Event, Payor shall pay Payee as set forth in this Section 2.4.
