Examples of Global Business Licence in a sentence
As from 1st July 2021, the Company’s GBL1 licence will be automatically converted to a Global Business Licence (“GBL”).
These objects will apply exclusively to business as defined with regard to global business in the Financial Services Act 2007, for which a Category 1 Global Business Licence is issued.

The Subsidiary has initially received from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius a Category 1 Global Business Licence.
The Subsidiary holds a Category 1 Global Business Licence for the purpose of the Financial Services Act 2007 and is regulated by the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (“FSC”).
