Global Clinical Trial definition

Global Clinical Trial means any clinical trial which is conducted as part of a clinical development of a drug in more than one country;
Global Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial for the Licensed Product the data from which is intended to be used to obtain or support Regulatory Approval both inside and outside of the Territory.
Global Clinical Trial means a Phase 1 Clinical Trial, a Phase 2 Clinical Trial or a Phase 3 Clinical Trial that may be applicable to obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products in both the Servier Territory and the MacroGenics Territory or relies on patient recruitment from both the Servier Territory and the MacroGenics Territory.

Examples of Global Clinical Trial in a sentence

  • If the Parties agree that a Global Clinical Trial for a Shared Product will include one or more regions in the JW Territory, the Parties will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct such Global Clinical Trial in accordance with the Global Development Plan.

  • JW shall use reasonable efforts to provide assistance to TSVT as reasonably requested by TSVT for any such Global Clinical Trial in the field in the JW Territory, at TSVT’s sole cost and expense.

  • For clarity, a Global Clinical Trial for a Shared Product will only include a region in the JW Territory with JW’s consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

More Definitions of Global Clinical Trial

Global Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial conducted by VBI or Brii Bio in the Licensed Territory and the VBI Territory in accordance with the Global Development Plan with the intent of generating data to support an application for Marketing Approval in each of the Licensed Territory and the VBI Territory.
Global Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial conducted by Verastem (or any of its Affiliates, Third Party Licensees or Subcontractors) in cooperation with Licensee both inside and outside the Territory under the Global Strategy, which Global Clinical Trial shall be governed by the following:

Global Clinical Trial means a multi-regional Clinical Trial that is designed to obtain Regulatory Approvals for a Product in multiple regions and/or countries in both TSVT Territory and JW Territory through the conduct of Clinical Trials for a Product in multiple countries, regions, territories and/or medical institutions in both TSVT Territory and JW Territory, in all circumstances conducted as part of one (1) unified Clinical Trial.
