Global Development Program definition

Global Development Program means the activities conducted by the Parties pursuant to Section 5.7.1 and the Global Development Plan.
Global Development Program means the program of Research and Development activities conducted under the Global Development Plan.
Global Development Program means the Joint Global Development Program and the Option Product Development Program.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
