GNP Deflator definition

GNP Deflator means the Gross National Product Implicit Price Deflator for a calendar year as currently published in the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis publication entitled “Survey of Current Business”. If the GNP Deflator ceases to exist or becomes unavailable, Borrower and Agent shall agree to a substitute index that reasonably measures inflation for all goods and services within the United States.

GNP Deflator means the annual revisions to the GNP Implicit Price Deflator Index published by the United States Department of Commerce. If the GNP Deflator is changed, the GNP Deflator shall be converted in accordance with the conversion factor published by the Department of Commerce. If the GNP Deflator is discontinued, with no successor or comparable successor index, the parties agree to select and substitute a mutually agreeable similar index.
