Go Shop Termination Payment means a cash amount equal to $15,850,000. As used herein, “Company Termination Payment” shall mean a cash amount equal to $31,700,000. Additionally, in the event of the occurrence of the circumstances described in clause (i) or (ii) of this Section 8.2(b), in addition to the Go Shop Termination Payment or the Company Termination Payment, as applicable, concurrently with the payment of the Go Shop Termination Payment or Company Termination Payment, as applicable, the Company shall also pay (or cause to be paid) to the Advisor (or its assignee), subject to Section 5.7 hereof, any amounts required to be paid to the Advisor (or its assignee) pursuant to Section 11 of the Advisory Agreement.
