Goods Owner definition

Goods Owner means the owner of any Goods and any bailor bailee consignor shipper consignee or other respective agents in relation thereto (but shall not include the Company) including (where applicable) the Ro/Ro Traffic Operator
Goods Owner means the organization or individual responsible for the goods specified in the declaration or self declaration of products, or the organization or individual authorized to import or export food products.
