Branding Guidance means the Authority's guidance in relation to the use of branding;
Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;
Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.
User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;
User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.
Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.
Leasing Guidelines means the guidelines approved in writing by Lender, from time to time, with respect to the leasing of the Property. The following are the initial Leasing Guidelines:
Scoring guide means a set of rules or criteria used to evaluate a performance, product, or project. The purpose of a scoring guide is to provide a transparent and reliable evaluation process. Educator practice instruments include a scoring guide that an evaluator uses to structure his or her assessments and ratings of professional practice.
Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.
Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.
Consulting Guidelines means the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers (2010, as amended from time to time);
Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.
Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.
Brand Content Policy means, collectively, Xxxxx’s content policy referenced in Exhibit A and any other policy, guidelines, terms of use, terms of service, code of conduct, or instructional materials provided or made available by Brand or any of its affiliates to Influencer from time to time.
Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.
Xxxxxx Xxx Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx' Guide and the Xxxxxx Xxx Servicers' Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.
Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.
BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
Applicable Guidelines means the policies of the Bank governing the selection and Contract award process as set forth in this RFP.
Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.
