Manager shall offer for rent and shall use its best efforts to rent the Units in accordance with the Leasing Guidelines attached as Exhibit C and in accordance with the Asset Management Plan (attached as Exhibit B hereto, as the same may be amended, restated or appended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties, and all the terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein).
