A National/Regional HPH Network, not in arrears with its fees, may withdraw its membership from the International HPH Network by written notice to the Governance Board no later than 31 December and twelve months before withdrawal.
The NGPSE was approved by the National Research Ethics Committee (reference 07/H0720/160) and the National Information Governance Board Ethics and Confidentiality Committee (PIAF 1– 05[g]/2008 NGPSE).
Any National / Regional HPH Network withdrawing its membership shall receive a formal acknowledgement from the Governance Board.
