Union Orientation The Employer shall introduce new employees to the Union Representative within their first week of work and allow the employee to meet with the Representative for one (1) hour without loss of pay for the purpose of union orientation.

C DOC Union Orientat ion The Employer shall introduce new employees to the Union Shop Xxxxxxx and allow the employee to meet with the Shop Xxxxxxx for fifteen (15) minutes at the time of the new employee's orientation.

The Alliance shall determine the jurisdiction of each representative, having regard to the plan of organization, the distribution of at the place and the structure implied by the grievance procedure. ARTICLE FOR UNION BUSINESS The parties to this Agreement agree that the scheduling of the events contained in this Article will be done in consideration of the operational requirements of the forest fire fighting operation during the fire season. The granting of requests under this Article will therefore be done in view of operational requirements except that Articles (a), (a), will be granted regardless of operational requirements.
