Government Furnished Items definition

Government Furnished Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3.27(f)(ii).
Government Furnished Items shall have the meaning ascribed in SECTION 2.21(E).
Government Furnished Items means any material personal property, equipment and fixtures loaned, bailed or otherwise furnished to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by or on behalf of the U.S. Government that relates to the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, is being used in the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and is or should be in the possession of the Company or its Subsidiaries for use in their business.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have complied in all material respects with all of their obligations relating to Government Furnished Items under any Government Contract.
