Government Prime Contract definition

Government Prime Contract means any written agreement, commitment, contract or instrument or other binding arrangement between the Company and the Government where the Company is the prime contractor.
Government Prime Contract means any prime contract, basic ordering agreement, letter contract, purchase order, delivery order, change, arrangement or other commitment of any kind, on which final payment has not been made, between a party and either the U.S. Government or a State Government. “Government Subcontract” means any subcontract, basic ordering agreement, letter subcontract, purchase order, delivery order, change, arrangement, or other commitment of any kind, on which final payment has not been made, between a party and any prime contractor to either the U.S. Government or a State Government or any subcontractor with respect to a Government Prime Contract. “State Government” means any state, territory or possession of the United States or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, or any department or agency of any of the above with statewide jurisdiction and responsibility, or any municipal or local government, department, agency or instrumentality. “Teaming Agreement” has the same meaning as the termcontractor team arrangement(s)” as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 9.601. “U.S. Government” means the United States Government or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof.
Government Prime Contract means a direct Government Contract between Seller and the U.S. Government, Government Bids relating to a potential Government Prime Contract and contracts issued in response thereto.

More Definitions of Government Prime Contract

Government Prime Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a)(iii).
Government Prime Contract means any prime contract, grant agreement, cooperative agreement or other type of contract with a Governmental Authority to which the Seller or an Affiliate is a party and which is primarily related to the operation of the Business.
Government Prime Contract means any prime contract, letter contract, purchase order, delivery order, task order, or other Contract, as defined above, on which final payment has not been made, between Company and the U.S. Government.
Government Prime Contract means any prime contract, purchase order, task order, delivery order, teaming agreement, joint venture agreement, strategic alliance agreement, basic ordering agreement, pricing agreement, letter contract or other similar arrangement of any kind that is currently active in performance between Seller, as an Eligible Contractor, and the Government, which shall result in Eligible Receivables owed to Seller which may be purchased by Buyer in accordance with this Agreement. A task, purchase or delivery order under a Government Prime Contract shall not constitute a separate Government Prime Contract, for purposes of this definition, but shall be part of the Government Prime Contract to which it relates.
