Government railway definition

Government railway means a railway owned by the Central Government;
Government railway means a railway, as defined in section 2 of the Government Railways Act 1904, that is under the management and control of the Commission as provided by section 13 of that Act;
Government railway means a “railway” or “Government railway” for the purposes of the Government Railways Act 1904, and a reference to being part of a Government railway includes a reference to being a Government railway. [Section 8 amended by No. 31 of 2003 s. 173.]
