GRAIL Business definition

GRAIL Business means all businesses and operations (whether or not such businesses or operations are or have been terminated, divested or discontinued) conducted by GRAIL and its Subsidiaries prior to the Effective Time, but not including the business and operations conducted by Illumina and its Subsidiaries (other than GRAIL and its Subsidiaries).
GRAIL Business means (1) the business in which GRAIL was engaged prior to the Acquisition Date, including the business of developing, marketing, and selling NGS- based oncology tests such as multi-cancer early detection (“MCED”) tests, and (2) any improvements, developments, expansions, and changes to the business in which GRAIL has or is engaged since the Acquisition Date.
