Grant Assets definition

Grant Assets means any property (i) whose acquisition, creation or improvement is funded in total or in part by the Grant; and (ii) that has an acquisition cost or value (whichever is higher) of £1,000 or above; and (iii) that has an economic life of three years or more (based on normal accounting practice)

Examples of Grant Assets in a sentence

  • Except for a Permitted Security, during the Funding Period the Operator shall not create or permit to subsist any Security over any of its Grant Assets without the prior written approval of the BBC (not to be unreasonably withheld).

  • The Operator shall maintain in good working order and condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) all of the Grant Assets necessary in the conduct of its business.

  • No Security exists over all or any of the present or future Grant Assets of the Operator other than as permitted by this Funding Agreement.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Awards means Performance Units, Performance Shares or either or both of them.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • NQSO means any Option that is not an ISO.

  • Adjusted Total Assets means, for any Person, the sum of:

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.

  • Appreciation Award means any Award under this Plan of any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Stock-Based Award, provided that such Other Stock-Based Award is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount equal to at least the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Awards means Options, RSUs and PSUs granted to a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan;

  • Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth in Section 8 below.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Other Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Award grant. Each Other Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).
