Grant Funding Agreement definition

Grant Funding Agreement means these Conditions together with its annexes and schedules including but not limited to the Annex 1 Grant Funding Letter;

Grant Funding Agreement means these terms and conditions together with any offer letter and details of the Funded Project as given within Appendix A to this Agreement.

• If VAT is held to be chargeable in respect of the Grant Funding Agreement, all payments shall be deemed to be inclusive of all VAT and the Authority shall not be obliged to pay any additional amount by way of VAT.
