Examples of Grant Funding Agreement in a sentence
If VAT is held to be chargeable in respect of the Grant Funding Agreement, all payments shall be deemed to be inclusive of all VAT and the Authority shall not be obliged to pay any additional amount by way of VAT.
The Parties will use all reasonable endeavours to negotiate in good faith, and settle amicably, any dispute that arises during the continuance of the Grant Funding Agreement.
The Authority may, at any time during and up to 7 years after the end of the Grant Funding Agreement, conduct additional audits or ascertain additional information where the Authority considers it necessary.
The Authority and the Grant Recipient acknowledge that, except for any information, which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the Information Acts, the content of the Grant Funding Agreement is not confidential.
Subject to this paragraph 30, the Authority’s liability under this Grant Funding Agreement is limited to the amount of Grant outstanding.
