Grant Funding Agreement definition

Grant Funding Agreement means these Conditions together with its annexes and schedules including but not limited to Annex 1 Part A Grant Offer Letter;
Grant Funding Agreement means these terms and conditions together with any offer letter and details of the Funded Project as given within Appendix A to this Agreement.
Grant Funding Agreement means the Grant Funding Letter, and these Conditions, together with the schedules to these Conditions;

Examples of Grant Funding Agreement in a sentence

  • Onward payment of the Grant and the use of sub-contractors shall not relieve the Grant Recipient of any of its obligations under the Grant Funding Agreement, including any obligation to repay the Grant.

  • If the Authority does not agree to the use of Match Funding the Authority shall be entitled to terminate the Grant Funding Agreement in accordance with paragraph 26.1.9 and where applicable, require all or part of the Grant to be repaid.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in the Grant Funding Agreement, the Authority will be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion whether any information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the Information Acts.

  • If a Grant Recipient fails to comply with paragraphs [8.8] through [8.10] of these Conditions the Authority may suspend funding or terminate the Grant Funding Agreement in accordance with paragraph 26.1.2 of these Conditions.

  • This includes (without limitation) situations where the Grant Recipient is paid in error before it has complied with its obligations under the Grant Funding Agreement.


More Definitions of Grant Funding Agreement

Grant Funding Agreement means the funding agreement between the Department and a Grant Recipient in relation to their funding under the Program.
