Grant Operation means an operation financed by the Trust Fund on an exceptional basis that is supported by an ISA, but does not involve a loan to the Benefitting Country.

  • The Supporting Countries may decide not to approve the change with respect to any amount of the Concessionality Component, or Grant Operation funding that remains undisbursed by the ISA, in which case the Benefitting Country can elect (i) not to make the change and continue the Underlying Operation or Grant Operation as originally approved by the Steering Committee, or (ii) to make the change and stop receiving the subsequent ISA disbursements relative to the Allocation.

Prudent Operating Practice includes compliance with applicable Laws, applicable reliability criteria, and the criteria, rules and standards promulgated in the National Electric Safety Code and the National Electrical Code, as they may be amended or superseded from time to time, including the criteria, rules and standards of any successor organizations.
