If Supplier is a small business firm or nonprofit organization, and is providing experimental, development, or research work under this transaction, Supplier must comply with the requirements of 3 CFR Part 401, “Rights to Inventions Made by nonprofit Organizations and Small Business Firms Under Government Grants, Contracts, and Cooperative Agreements”.
Contractor must comply with the requirements of 37 CFR Part 401, “Rights to Inventions Made by Nonprofit Organizations and Small Business Firms Under Government Grants, Contracts and Cooperative Agreements,” and any implementing regulations issued by the awarding agency.
If this Contract is for the performance of experimental, developmental, or research work, the Federal Government and OSU have rights in any resulting invention in accordance with 37 CFR part 401, "Rights to Inventions Made by Nonprofit Organizations and Small Business Firms Under Government Grants, Contracts and Cooperative Agreements," and any implementing regulations issued by the awarding agency.
The Organisation is required to comply with the various Conditions of Subsidy set out in the Financial Requirements and Conditions of Subsidy (Government Grants).
Own source revenue includes all revenue from sources other than Government Grants.
