Grant Schedule definition

Grant Schedule means the schedule titled as such to which these Terms are attached
Grant Schedule means the percentage of City Sales and Use Tax Proceeds used to determine the amount of the quarterly payment to Owner attached as Exhibit “B”.
Grant Schedule means the percentage of City Sales Tax Proceeds used to determine the amount of the annual payment to Company attached as Exhibit “B”.

  • Failure by You to meet Our quality requirements set out in the Grant Schedule may result in a suspension of further payments of the Grant or reduction of any payment of the Grant which may be due.

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Notice of Grant means a written or electronic notice evidencing certain terms and conditions of an individual Option grant. The Notice of Grant is part of the Option Agreement.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Award Notice means the notice to the Participant.

  • Grant Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Parties, including the Signature Document, these Uniform Terms and Conditions, along with any attachments and amendments that may be issued by the System Agency.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.
