Grantee Compliance Enforcement System definition

Grantee Compliance Enforcement System or "GCES" means the statewide, uniform framework for State awarding agencies to manage occurrences of non-compliance with grant requirements by using the Illinois Stop Payment List. The GCES is available in the Resource Library at www.grants.illinois.gov.
Grantee Compliance Enforcement System has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.30. “Grant Funds” means the Financial Assistance made available to Grantee through this Agreement. “Grantee Portal” has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.30.‌‌
