Grantor Trust V definition

Grantor Trust V. The Grantor Trust designated as such in Section 2.17(a).
Grantor Trust V means the portion of the Trust Fund consisting of any collections of Additional Interest Received by the Trust with respect to any ARD Trust Mortgage Loans and any successor REO Trust Mortgage Loans with respect thereto, and intended to be treated as a "grantor trust" within the meaning of the Grantor Trust Provisions (if created pursuant to Section 2.05(b)).
Grantor Trust V means the Grantor Trust designated as such in Section 2.14(a).
