Grantor Withdrawal Notice definition

Grantor Withdrawal Notice means a notice substantially in the form of the specimen notice attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B.
Grantor Withdrawal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
Grantor Withdrawal Notice means written notice from the Grantor in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E-1 or E-2, as applicable.

  • The form of the Grantor Withdrawal Notice shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.

  • The Trustee will be deemed to have delivered such notice of deposit, withdrawal and receipt of Grantor Withdrawal Notice or Beneficiary Withdrawal Notice, as applicable, if each such notice is available on one or more of the Trustee’s systems for the delivery of electronic media to which system(s) Grantor and Beneficiary have access.

  • The Grantor shall have the right to withdraw Assets from the Main Trust Account pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence upon delivery of a Grantor Withdrawal Notice to the Trustee with a concurrent copy to the Beneficiary specifying the Assets to be withdrawn.

  • Withdrawal certificate means a document known as a withdrawal of a certificate of noncompliance provided by the child support unit certifying that the certificate is withdrawn and that the board may proceed with issuance, reinstatement, or renewal of a license.

  • Final Withdrawal Date Has the meaning specified in the Escrow Agreement.

  • Suspension/Withdrawal Event means, in respect of the Benchmark:

  • Repurchase Request Withdrawal As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.

  • Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.
