Greatest Extent Feasible definition

Greatest Extent Feasible means that every effort shall be made to comply with the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3) which includes the original explanation of the phrase. In sum, when properly executed the “greatest extent feasible” provision will not force a contractor to disband an organization by replacing current employees with local workers or contractors.
