Green Hatched Black Areas definition

Green Hatched Black Areas means such areas shown coloured green hatched black on the plan annexed to the Conditions referred to in Special Condition No.(35) of the Conditions;
Green Hatched Black Areas means the areas shown coloured green hatched black on the plan annexed to the Government Grant as more particularly defined in the Government Grant and on which geotechnical investigations, slope treatment, landslide preventive, mitigation and remedial works are required to be carried out and completed in accordance with Special Condition No.(32) of the Government Grant and which (including all land, slope treatment works, earth-retaining structures, drainage and any other works therein and thereon) are required to be maintained to the satisfaction of the Director of Lands;
Green Hatched Black Areas means “the Green Hatched Black Areas” as referred to under Special Condition No.(30)(a);
