Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Plan definition

Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Plan means a detailed strategy based on an Energy Audit or similar assessment which lists plans to invest in measures such as energy efficiency improvements, fuel switching, and Renewable Electricity purchases which will lead to reductions in annual Greenhouse Gas Emissions. The Plan should detail what measures are planned, when they are scheduled to occur, and how much Greenhouse Gas Emissions are projected to be reduced by each measure.
